A complete RFQ reduces the risk of quoting the wrong continuous press chain or accessory. Use this checklist before sending your inquiry.
For chains
- Chain code and nominal pitch
- Total length or number of pitches
- Quantity and whether a matched left/right pair is required
- Press make, model and serial number
- Drawing or measured dimensions
- Clear photos of chain and sprocket engagement
For sprockets
- Chain pitch/code and tooth count
- Bore, keyway/spline and hub dimensions
- Material/heat-treatment requirement if specified
For roller rods, pins, springs, bearings and wear parts
Send the installed part code, overall and interface dimensions, material/hardness if known, quantity and operating temperature/speed. A sample is particularly useful when the original drawing is unavailable.
Email the package to [email protected] and state which dimensions are measured and which are estimated.
